We hope you love your order as much as we loved creating it. However if you are not satisfied with your order you can return it within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the customized items and out of stock items, as well as items on sale are non-returnable.
If you wish to cancel your order or even to exchange your purchased item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you.
Please ensure all items are repackaged in exactly as original. We will not be able to refund pieces that arrive back to us tangled, damaged or with missing parts.
We recommend that you send back items with the proper insurance for delivery to ensure safe delivery. We can not accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there are any issues.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
How about International shipping?
We are shipping worldwide.
All orders are shipped from our atelier in Istanbul, Turkey.
How do I return an item?
Please inform us per Email, containing your purchase details and your phone number and the reason for return. We will contact you as soon as possible.
What about other metals?
Some of our pieces are available in sterling silver and brass. Please contact us per E-mail and we will give you a quote as well as the price for it.
Receiving a delivery
For international deliveries, possible customs duties and extra taxes are not included in the total at checkout.
They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. The assessment is based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if applicable.
Payment of any customs duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the Customer.
Failure to accept the shipment within the local post/courier service's time policy will lead to an automatic return of the orders. The extra costs for the return and/or a resending to the Customer will be covered by the Customer.
If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.
How about the Care instructions?
To take care of your jewelry, by removing them before showering, swimming or other physical activities as well as sleeping.
Solid gold jewelry is the most durable and easiest to take care of, not much instructions needed, however this differs for gold filled or gold plated.
Avoid contact with any kind of chemicals such as soap, oil and washing liquids as a coating may emerge on the stainless steel or the stone risk discoloring. In addition, we recommend to avoid washing hands when wearing the jewelry.
Moisture can cause tarnishing & may weaken springs, clasps, chains and loosen the stones.
Scratches and bulges may emerge on the items over time. Wear and tear are a natural process of metals and stones, but scratches and blows caused by wearing them won’t be covered by your warranty.
Is it possible to customize designs?
Yes it is! Please send your enquiry, and we will gladly discuss your concept. Add an image to help us illustrate what you are looking for.
How long is the delivery?
In case of any customization, the delivery could take up to 4 weeks. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly to ask for more details.
